It was recently announced that the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica had been awarded
the title of “Best Minivan” on the “10 Best Family Cars of 2017” list that’s compiled by Parents magazine and Edmunds. The vehicles that make this list are recognized for providing features like passenger space, fuel efficiency and cargo capacity that are prized most by today’s families-on-the-go.
The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica has reinvented the minivan, earning multiple automotive awards with its singular mix of style, versatility, functionality and technology. Featuring over 100 available safety and security features, the Pacifica also gives your family a full assembly of convenience, comfort and connectivity technologies such as the kid-approved Uconnect Theater rear seat entertainment.
The Pacifica Hybrid offers a class-exclusive hybrid powertrain, establishing it as the first electrified vehicle in the minivan segment. In electric-only mode, the Pacifica Hybrid achieves 84 miles-per-gallon equivalent (MPGe) and offers 33 miles of range.
Parents magazine and Edmunds have teamed up to give out these awards for 10 consecutive years now. After assessing hundreds of vehicles, they cull the list to establish the 10 models they believe offer the most ideal combinations of performance, safety, value and family-friendly features.
